Out of 215 homes sold, only 7 homes sold for over 1 million dollars price mark.
Looking at the chart below, the homes priced between $200,000-$600,000 got the most activities and sales started to thin out at the higher price homes.
In contrast 223 homes were sold in 2010. The average days on market were 87 with an average sales price of $576,007. Lowest price of home sold was $238,000 and highest priced home sold was $1,790,000. There were 12 homes sold for over 1 million dollars.
Currently there are 78 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner with a price range between $275,000-$1,700,000. So far 63 homes were sold in the first quarter. If we continue at this pace, we will surpass the number of homes sold last year. There have been multiple offers on some properties that were priced well.
